1. Service overview

ZSHMac Cloud Mac provides cloud Mac rentals on Apple Silicon Mac mini hardware. Each rental is a dedicated physical machine assigned to one user, not a virtual machine sharing hardware resources. Available locations are Singapore, Tokyo, Seoul, Hong Kong, and the US East Coast. The specific model and location combination depends on the rental plan and the live information shown in the console when you place your order.rental plansService includes use of the hardware for the rental term and the applicable remote connection methods; ownership of the device is not transferred. You can use the graphical interface and command line in the macOS environment provided. You are responsible for software installation, project deployment, and business data backups. Refer to the instance details in the console for the actual delivery information.

Instances at all locations are designed to run 365 days a year. Network latency varies depending on your location, provider, and network path. Check the test data on our site when choosing a location; your actual connection experience depends on your network.

2. Accounts

When registering, provide a valid email address that can receive service notifications, and keep your account information up to date. Use your account to place orders, view instances, manage invoices, and submit support tickets. Important delivery, expiry, and service notices will be sent through the channels associated with your account.

Keep your login details, SSH keys, and instance access credentials secure. Do not allow unauthorized third parties to use your account. If you discover exposed credentials or suspicious activity, change your credentials immediately and notify ZSHMac through a

console support ticketso we can investigate the relevant instance. The account holder is responsible for configuration changes, renewals, releases, and other actions made through the account. If a device is shared within a team, you are responsible for managing member access and keys. To ask ZSHMac to review activity records, provide the instance identifier and relevant time range in a support ticket.

3. Billing and payment

Rental fees are prepaid by the day, week, month, or quarter. All prices and charges are in US dollars (USD). Published prices for models, terms, and add-ons are listed on the

rental plans page. Before you place an order, the console shows your selected configuration and the amount due. Delivery begins only after payment is completed and the order is confirmed. We accept USDT-TRC20 and Visa, Mastercard, or Amex card payments processed by Stripe. For USDT payments, select the TRC20 network. Check the order page for the transfer amount, payment details, and transaction status. Available payment gateways are determined by the options currently shown in the console.

A prepaid term starts when the instance is delivered and marked as available in the console. Charges for add-ons or configuration changes during the term are based on the quote shown before you confirm the change. An existing instance will not be automatically upgraded to another model solely because the price list changes.

4. Renewals, expiry, and release

The console shows when your current rental term ends. You can renew before expiry; the renewal price is based on the same-term configuration shown when you confirm. Expiry notices are reminders, and do not replace your responsibility to check your instance status and save your data.

Instances that are not renewed by expiry enter a 7-day retention period. During this period, normal connections may not be available. To restore service, check the available renewal options in the console and follow the status shown there. The instance will be released when the retention period ends.

After an instance is released, its disk is wiped and the system is reinstalled. Data on the device cannot be recovered. Before expiry or manually releasing an instance, export your code, certificates, and other business files, and verify that your backups are readable. The same data handling rules apply to manual releases.

5. Refunds

If an order cannot be provisioned before delivery, you can request a review and refund through a console support ticket. As a rule, prepaid fees for a delivered instance are not refunded if you stop using it early. Check the model, location, term, and add-ons before placing your order.

If ZSHMac cannot provide the configuration you paid for, or confirms a service issue caused by the server side that prevents continued service, submit your order number, instance identifier, and the time the issue occurred to request a review. Any refund will be calculated based on the paid fees for the affected portion and will not exceed the amount actually paid for the relevant order term.

If uptime falls below the target, the account credit process in Section 7 applies. We will share the review outcome, amount, and status through the original support ticket. The same affected service period cannot be counted toward both a refund and a service credit.

6. Acceptable use

You may use the instance for development, builds, testing, and other lawful work, subject to applicable law. You must not use the service for mining, spam, unauthorized attacks or scanning, or to store, create, or distribute infringing or illegal content.

Ensure that the software you install, files you upload, network services you use, and ports you open meet applicable requirements. If you provide services to others, configure access controls and firewall rules and take appropriate steps to protect data. Do not use the instance to bypass third-party access restrictions.

If we detect suspected misuse, ZSHMac may first review relevant logs and contact you through your account for an explanation. If the activity poses an immediate risk to devices, networks, or others, we may restrict relevant connections or suspend instance access. After reviewing the matter, we may restore service, require corrective action, or end the rental, and will notify you of the outcome through a support ticket.

7. Uptime and service credits

ZSHMac targets 99.9% monthly uptime for instances. Monthly uptime is calculated based on the time the instance is expected to be available during the month, minus verified downtime caused by ZSHMac’s server-side services. Downtime caused by user-initiated shutdowns, configuration errors, credential management issues, third-party service failures, or events beyond reasonable control is excluded from server-side downtime.

If calculated monthly uptime is below 99.9%, submit a service credit request within 7 days after the end of the month through a

console support ticket. Include the instance identifier, affected period, and symptoms. After reviewing operational and network records, ZSHMac will credit your account with an amount calculated in proportion to the verified downtime against the service time due for that term. The service credit for an instance is capped at the amount actually paid for its affected billing term. Account credits can be applied to eligible future services. We will explain the outcome and calculation in the support ticket.

8. Limitation of liability

ZSHMac is responsible for delivering the dedicated physical machine service specified in your order and addressing device and connection issues attributable to the server side. You are responsible for configuring the system, managing access permissions, checking software licenses, backing up business data, and assessing whether your deployment meets your project requirements.

Losses caused by your configurations or actions, failure to back up data, third-party software, or network services are not covered by ZSHMac’s server-side service credits. If an issue occurs, both parties should preserve order, support ticket, and relevant operational records to help identify the cause and determine an appropriate resolution.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, ZSHMac’s total liability for server-side issues affecting the same billing term is capped at the amount actually paid for that instance during that term. This cap does not apply to liability that cannot be limited by law.

9. Changes and disputes

ZSHMac may update these terms in response to changes in its services, billing rules, or applicable requirements. We will announce material changes on the site and notify you at the email address associated with your account, including the effective date of the new version. Configurations paid for under orders confirmed before that date will be provided as described in those orders for the current term.

If you have a question or dispute about an order, invoice, or these terms, first submit the order number and details through a

console support ticket. If you do not yet have an account, email support@zshmac.com . Both parties should first work toward a resolution based on the order records and support ticket materials. These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where the platform operator is based. Any dispute that cannot be resolved through discussion will be submitted to a court with jurisdiction in that same jurisdiction.
