01 Scope
This policy applies to the ZSHMac website, console and regional order pages, as well as cloud Mac services purchased and managed through them. When you visit public pages, create an account, place an order or submit a support ticket, we handle information related to that action as described in this policy.
Your rented device is a dedicated physical machine assigned to one user, not a virtual machine. The service platform processes account and order information; repositories, build artifacts and other business files you create on the device remain on the physical node you selected. These data types serve different purposes and follow different deletion processes, as explained below.
02 Information We Collect
To create an account and verify your identity, we need your email address and necessary records of account activity. Purchases and renewals generate billing records, including orders, billing periods, selected device and node, and payment status. Login logs help identify unusual access and typically include login times, network origin information and verification results.
When you submit a support ticket, we process the issue description, contact details and attachments you provide so we can investigate and respond. Do not include passwords, private keys or other credentials that do not need to be shared in your ticket. If we need additional information to troubleshoot, we will specify what is needed in the ticket.
Providing a rental service does not involve routinely accessing business data on your cloud Mac. You manage the files, accounts and backups on your device. If you need help with a device issue, specify the scope of access you authorize in your support ticket.
03 Payment Information
Services are billed in USD. When you pay with Visa, Mastercard or Amex, Stripe processes the card transaction. We do not store full card numbers; we retain only limited records needed to reconcile billing, such as the transaction reference, card brand and last four digits.
For USDT-TRC20 payments, we retain the transaction hash and related order records to confirm receipt and resolve billing issues. Check the network and order details shown when you pay. For payment questions, contact us through a console support ticket or support@zshmac.com .
04 How We Use Information
We use account and order information to verify your identity, provision devices, process billing and renewals, and provide billing records. Login logs support security audits and investigations into unusual access. Support ticket content helps us investigate reported issues, track how they are handled and share the outcome with you.
We may also use necessary contact details to send notices about account security, order status, service events and policy changes. These notices relate to providing the service; we will not ask you to provide business files from your cloud Mac that are unrelated to the issue.
05 Cookies & Analytics
The website and console may use essential cookies to maintain your login, secure your session and remember your language preference. Disabling essential cookies may affect sign-in and order management. You can view or clear saved cookies in your browser settings.
Optional analytics help us understand how pages are used and improve the site. You can reject or limit this storage in your browser’s privacy settings; doing so will not affect access to public pages. We do not use analytics data as a substitute for your support ticket description or to access files on your device.
06 Data Retention & Deletion
While your account is active, we retain account details, billing records, security logs and support tickets needed to provide the service. After account closure, we no longer retain account details for routine use. Records still needed to reconcile transactions, meet legal obligations or resolve outstanding disputes are kept only for as long as necessary for those purposes, then deleted or de-identified. Legal retention periods may vary by record type; device files and billing records are treated as separate data categories.
After a cloud Mac is released, its disk is wiped and the system reinstalled, making the data on the original device unrecoverable. Before release, export any repositories, certificates, build artifacts and other files you need to keep. A request to delete account records does not replace backing up your files before releasing the device.
07 International Transfers & Node Locations
The service offers five physical nodes: Singapore, Tokyo, Seoul, Hong Kong and the US East Coast. Data on your cloud Mac is stored on the node you select when placing your order. Moving to another node requires a separate data migration plan; your existing files do not move automatically.
To manage accounts, process billing, reconcile payments and handle support tickets, service records may be processed in different locations by the systems that provide these functions. To confirm the data processing path for a specific order, submit a console support ticket and include the order and selected node. Do not include device login credentials in an email that is not secure.
08 Your Rights & Contact
You can request access to, correction of or deletion of personal information associated with your account. If you are signed in, you cansubmit a support ticket in the consoleand specify the request type, the email address associated with your account and the records you want us to review. If you cannot sign in, email us from your registered email address at support@zshmac.com. We may verify your identity before processing your request to protect your account.
We will confirm receipt of your request within 7 business days and explain how it will be handled. We aim to complete standard requests within 30 days. If we need additional verification, or specific billing records must be retained by law, we will explain why, provide an estimated processing time and identify the records that cannot be deleted immediately.
This policy and related disputes are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where the platform operator is based. Any court proceedings must be brought before a court with jurisdiction in that jurisdiction. This does not change how you can first submit a request about the processing of your information through the channels above.
09 Policy Updates
If there is a material change to the types of information we process, how we use it or how you can exercise your rights, we will update this page’s version and effective date and explain the changes on the website or through service notices related to your account. Check the date at the top of this page before using the service to confirm which version applies.
If you have questions about an update or how we handle your data, submit a support ticket in the consoleor email us at support@zshmac.com. We will respond based on the account and records covered by your request.
